• 1200 series hogger features a heavy-duty arbor measuring 22" tip to tip with reversible steel blades.

• Hogger is equipped with PLC and touch screen controls to help visualize the operation, as well as provide diagnostics and system efficiency tracking.

• Hogger is equipped as standard with a current overload meter which provides automatic stopping and restarting of the conveyor feed belt when the overload setting is exceeded.

• Units are available in 62-, 77-, 92-, and 107-inch widths for a variety of waste applications.

• Equipped with an upper crusher pinch conveyor making this hogger capable of shredding cores that can be compressed down to 3" thickness.

• The 1200 series hogger is supplied complete with NEMA 12 enclosure, conveyor belt, controls, safety cable at feed inlet, keyed on/off switch, and an arbor spin-down monitoring device.

• 1400 series shredder features three 5 ¾" thick solid steel arbor shafts that rotate within a range of 20-60 rpm.

• Overfeed sensors are included to prevent possible jams. When activated, the shredder will go into an “auto-reverse” mode until the jam is cleared.

• Exterior mounted grease fittings for quick routine maintenance.

• Optional core feeder will process cores up to 5 ½" in diameter, with wall thicknesses up to ½".
