CoreMaster™ Core Shredder

The Balemaster CoreMaster core shredder has been engineered for durability, ease of maintenance, and simplicity of operation in mind. It reduces up to 6” cores to smaller “shavings” which is ideal for baling, while at the same time producing minimal dust.

Low RPM Shredder

The 1400 Series quiet shredder has been specially engineered to reduce the noise and dust produced in a shredding operation. The unit is equipped with multiple slow speed arbors to produce “hand” size pieces that are ideal for high density baling.

High Production Hogger

The 1200 Series Hogger has been specially engineered to use “Cross-Draft” air flow to reduce the likelihood of costly plug-ups and to be able to operate using outside air.

Floor Sweep Shredder

The 1500 Series Floor Sweep Shredder has been specially designed for shredding waste or recycled materials that are too large to be pneumatically conveyed without preparation. The shredder is located on the floor and material can be manually swept into the feed opening.

Piggyback Shredder

The 1000 Series PT or “Piggyback” Mounted Top Feed Shredder has been specially designed for mounting directly above the charging chamber of a Balemaster baler. The shredder’s single “drum-style” arbor will reduce and destroy a variety of bulky paper waste, including whole books, for high density baling.
